We decided about the final legal form for our DAO and defined the additional structure needed for facilitating investments in PV-systems for private institutions and energy cooperatives.

We created an overview of the properties of the main relevant legal forms (e.g Association, Cooperative, Foundation). We also defined the main criteria for deciding about the most appropriate legal form for the DAO.
